The United States Justice Department uses the so-called “international terrorism” argument to justify the need to use the military in furthering our nation’s security interests around the world. However, another term for lawsuit is also being used which is also an argument put forward by the international terrorist groups; that is; “blowback.” The blowback theory is what causes those who are being attacked by those international terrorists to blow back at them and those who are defending themselves from such attacks. Is the United States military engaged in any kind of “blowback” as it pursues those who wish to harm us with international terrorist organizations?

Two major groups, which have made up the international terrorist organization al Qaeda and its associated groups, and the Taliban government, as well as various factions of Hezbollah and Iran, are using a new argument which appears to be working quite well. This is called; “blood libel,” and it states that any innocent life that is lost due to American “blood libel” is guilty of “plagiarism of the worst kind.” Yet, when one considers that the United States is engaged in ongoing acts of terrorism against these groups that kill civilians, and which kill our own soldiers, and when they also kill innocent civilians abroad in Afghanistan and Iraq, one could only come to the conclusion that these groups are guilty of war crimes, or perhaps worse. Could the United States engage in anything like that, therefore, even bring a lawsuit against these groups for using the blood libel argument to attack the United States?

Yet another term for lawsuit is being used by the International Terrorist groups which operate from Afghanistan and Iraq, and which are carrying out horrendous attacks on civilians in countries throughout the Middle East. And yet another term is that which is being used by the Obama Administration, and which purports to uphold the United States Constitution, and which claims that the United States Government is not acting within the confines of the law when they are illegally rounding up and detaining US citizens who have taken up arms against the United States, and detaining them without trial, while launching cruise-missile vessels into the waters off the coast of Iran. Is the United States of America a country with laws? And if so, does the Obama Administration feel that it is within their lawful right to round up and detain American citizens and place them in prison, without charge, while launching naval attacks on foreign countries, while withholding the most important tools that would allow us to detect and prevent future terrorist attacks on the United States?

And if this is not an issue, and if the United States is not within any international covenant, then why are we having a terrorism lawsuit, as the United States has not joined any? If the United States is within any international covenant or is guilty of human rights abuses abroad, then who are the victims? And if the United States is guilty of these human rights abuses, then who are the perpetrators? Does anyone else in the world share this responsibility? Why can’t the United States, or any nation to sign or ratify an international human rights treaty, such as the universal declaration on human rights, and the Vienna Convention on the Rights of the Child, or the European Convention on Preventive Measures for Armed Forces Dressing Rooms?

Now then, let’s talk about another term for lawsuit is the “oil spill. Are the leaders of the free world, and their petro-billionaire friends, using this as an excuse to further march the globe towards yet another illegal military action in the middle east, which serves to further destabilize the Middle East, while providing Al Qaeda and Hezbollah more weapons, and money to continue their violent efforts to overthrow the elected government of Syria? If not, then who are the “leaders” of this crime? And if so, why have they not been brought to justice and charged with war crimes for crimes they’ve enabled?

Okay, let’s talk about another term for lawsuit is when the sun has established a system of international terrorism. Is the US responsible for this? We certainly know the answer to that question, because it was the Bush Administration that allowed bin Laden to get on the planes, and we know that they gave him all the money he needed to go on the plane too. So, if another term for lawsuit is the “oil spill” then who is to blame? The answer to that question, unfortunately, is not much of a choice, since it all points to the Bush Administration and the Democrats in the US Congress.
