After 1 hr & 45 min the agent r=said all was fixed & I had 3 gb to share. She refused to tell me my monthly cost. just that I had my 3 gb & service for $35. I asked several times SO $35 TOTAL each month. she answered your service is $35 and you have 3gb to share. I asked SO WHAT IS MY MONTHLY TOTAL. She said You now have 3gb. This was on a chat & I have the transcript. She ADMITTED THE FIRST AGENT DID NOT TELL ME THE TRUTH. AFTER ASKING SEVERAL TIMES she said someone would call me. They never did. I found a new carrier. An xfinity agent said They will not unlock the phones unless I pay something like $779 per phone. For a free phone. That I was lied about the cost, that customer service is extremely difficult to get ahold of any customer service person. That never call back anyway.
I was charged for a fee where they claimed that the phone was damaged, but it was damaged by FedEx. I was also told that many of their phones that are sent through their carrier fedex, had also been damaged, where even all the xfinity customers had complained about too. I feel that they do it on purpose. I am now charged almost $500, including monthly service that I didnʻt use at all. I returned that phone because I was told by an xfinity agent that I would get it for free and that I could use my google phone number with it.
